The moment we stop doing these things, not out of anger but out of sheer respect for ourself, we change unspoken rules.
We teach others that our time & energy is sacred, not endless without reciprocity.
When we allow this, people will see us as a person, a Soul, not a servant.
Boundaries create balance between what we give & receive. We are limited in capacity, but infinite in worth. Presence is chosen, not demanded.
